MYOH - Make Your Own Havaianas 2011

Another post due, MYOH Cebu ended last July 31. I was able to go there for the exclusive media event last July 27 before it was opened to the public the day after. I could say this is one of my most anticipated event yearly, take note ONE meaning there are still plenty to count. ;D

MYOH started years ago in the Philippines. I believe it was 2003 that havaianas hits our country's shore, but it was not until later that I became addicted to them. So here's a shot of what I got myself made, it's the 4th for this year.

The menu for that evening's event, media, famous local personalities were everywhere. And we just arrived there from work and almost drenched in rain, good thing our umbrellas came in handy.

I wore my Marimekko for that special event, motto: wear havaianas on a havaianas event!

The experience has always been amazing year by year, the number of my MYOH pairs has been growing as well. It all adds up to my wonderful collection of havaianas, it would be great showcasing them all but I need to gather those lovely pairs first.. Locating them isn't that easy anymore with plenty of boxes all piled up.. lol

Anyway, I'm looking forward to another year of fun loving customization of my favorite flip flops brand - havaianas! Thank you for the invite and for the happy memories of making my own pair. <3 <3 <3

The Love Story

A love story to share...

One day a boy and a girl met through common friends, both have different personalities and different background. They studied in the same college under the same course but it took long before they have finally met, actually they became friends during their last year in college.

It wasn't until summer that the news break out that the boy likes the girl, they were camping in the mountain when the topic was opened by one of their friends. Both kept silent, it was an unexpected revelation. After that incident, they still kept in contact. For some they might find it awkward after hearing such and try to keep distance from the guy, but the girl was open to know more about him and appreciated the admiration of the boy. They remain as friends but a lot closer, they traveled out of town together with some of their friends. Texting with each other at night when they are just sleeping one room apart, giving the girl 2 monkey plushies before heading back home. Those were his first gifts to her, spend the day touring the city while eating out at night.

They became a lot sweeter and would go out just the two of them. Spending time in helping her with her project, showing her that he's really there when she needed him. Some of their friends were surprised of seeing them together going out as they didn't expect it. He would hold her hand while walking, giving her a sense of security. To her he was the most nicest gentleman she met, he was very understanding and through her the boy became a really good man. She was happy to see how proud he was of his love towards her.

On this day four years ago, when they got out from the school both decided to eat dinner at the mall. After that, the girl asked the boy to eat desserts with her, little did he knew she had prepared something for him. Inside the restaurant, she gave him a box with a necklace and a little note inside saying, "Yes, I would love to be your girl!". Since then, they became a couple but they also faced some challenges that would see how strong their relationship is. Both have been through a lot, but time has proven that their love is worth fighting for.

That girl was me..

So B, remember that there will always be a time that God will give us challenges that would strengthen our bond. We must not see it negatively but instead we look for a way on how to pass through that test together, don't give up easily because he wouldn't give us anything we couldn't handle. Our faith in him is one thing we must always be reminded of, let him be the center of our relationship.

All those memories we have shared will always be kept in our hearts, I thank you for that. Without those, my life will not be as meaningful as this. I miss all those things we did together, how happy we are when we're together. I know we have been through a lot, but look at how far we have come, who we become and how we grow together as an individual and as a couple.

It's true, we're different and unique. Not all people will be able to understand us and our relationship, we may not be perfect but we do make the most out of everything. :) I'm glad I stayed and I waited, to be there for you in times when you feel down. Everything was worth all the risk.

I guess, what I'm trying to say is you're that missing half that makes me complete.

You're that one special person in my life that I just couldn't give up.

... and my life would really suck without you!

How to Understand Guys Who Want Long Term Relationships

This doesn't apply to all guys, or all types of relationships, but the vast majority is still accurate.

Steps

Understand that most guys just don't talk. Guys do not normally discuss feelings and are rarely emotionally open unless they are extremely comfortable with you; men are inherently closed in their feelings to maintain their belief of control.

Be prepared for a little territorial behavior. Guys tend to be territorial and jealous; this is not to be confused with being suspicious of their partners. The feelings tend to be so deep that if their partner shows any attention to another guy, they get slight uneasy feelings; this is a biological instinct. If you are involved with him and you start talking to another guy and in any way say nice things, or touch him or he touches you anywhere, the instinct will kick in; he may not punch the guy, but he will no longer be in a good mood; he will go from "I love her so much" to "I wish I were home watching TV and not dealing with this".

Know that most guys feel the need to be in charge (even if they aren't in charge). Guys want to -feel- as though they are in control; not that they always need to get their way, but they need to feel that things won't happen unless they allow them. No matter how much you feel that you shouldn't have to get the "OK" from your guy to do something or make decisions, it would be best to at least talk to him about it and ask him first -- basically, they want to feel that they are doing things because they want their partner to be happy, not because they have to do it. They respond better to the "lip" and the big eyes than they do to orders.

Let them be a 'man'. Guys want to be "manly" -- make them feel big and strong. They love to be the "knight in shining armor". You are weak, he is strong. You don't really have to be weak, but allowing him to feel that he is taking care of you and protecting you will make him happy.

Be prepared to be touched. Guys like physical contact. Their hormone levels are very high (which can make them act like jerks in certain situations), so they may find a number of different types of physical contact enjoyable. They won't always be able to figure out what's OK, and whats a no-no. It's important that they are told by their partner what they should and shouldn't do. Their feelings will not be hurt. If you prefer, tell him where the lines are drawn on your body. It's not going to ruin the moment for him. If anything, it will be a relief so he knows the boundaries. Don't think, "He'll figure it out". Don't try and give him signals (although the biting of the lower lip is universally known as the "kiss me" sign); tell him verbally.

Even though it isn't politically correct, guys love girls that can cook. Saying something like "I want to be single for the rest of my life" will kill it fast. Prove to him that you can be a good wife, and he will prove he can be a good husband.

Guys 'tend' to call girls "hot" if they are thinking of them sexually, and they will call them "beautiful", "gorgeous", or "pretty" if they have more innocent intentions. This isn't a universal absolute, however; in fact, this applies very little, but it can be an extra hint.

Guys can have obsessions over their partner's eyes, hair, hands, other random body parts, etc. It's weird, but deal with it. If he likes it when you do something with your hair, do it a lot. If he gave you a ring or a necklace or something, wear it whenever you're with him - and point it out in case he doesn't notice, then give him a kiss and remind him how much you like it. He will then know you appreciate the things he gives.

Guys rarely mind feeling like they are owned - many times they like the feeling. A simple way of displaying this is holding his hand with both your hands, and wrapping your arms around his. The idea of their partner hanging off them isn't an unpleasant one to guys. There is a difference between this and being clingy, though. One shows that you are completely devoted to him, the other is annoying him.

Guys like to know that their partner feels grateful to be with him. He'll return the favor a hundred times over. If you make him feel like he isn't good enough, he will be more jealous of other guys - he may leave you. Guys don't like feeling inferior any more than girls do.

If he had a bad day, give him a neck rub or something. Don't ask if he wants one, just start doing it, he'll tell you if he doesn't like it. And say something nice. Not necessarily about why he had a bad day. Just randomly say how much you love and appreciate him. It'll make him feel better.

Guys enjoy the touch of a female; very soft and pleasant. As rule number 5 says, guys don't mind touching - put your hand on his face. Run your fingers up and down his arm. Hold his hand against your face or chest.

Maintaining the relationship is very important. The first few months will be easy; you are in the heat of a young relationship. Don't fall under the false impression that you don't have to put forth anything. He will get bored, or feel unappreciated. Remember what it was like in the beginning, when you'd both do anything for each other. Keep that mindset. Treat him as someone who can't be lost.

Let him know that you will stick with him through anything - and mean it! Tell him you will never leave his side. He will like that. Never give him the "thin-ice" feeling to get your way. Like tell him to deal with it, or make it seem like you'll break up with him over something unless he complies. Using the relationship as a threat will really make him mad, and he may break up with you for doing it.

Tips

If you want your guy to do something, usually you have enough control to make it happen - however, let the guy feel as though he also has control.
Don't be critical, or try and twist him through nagging into something he's not. This will drive him away. If there is something major about him you want changed before you think you can spend the rest of your life with him, then there will be a serious problem for both of you when he figures this out. This includes changing jobs, careers, religions, life goals, politics, etc; don't expect him to cater to your ideals. Even if he goes along with it, there will be problems later.
If he starts talking about things he enjoys, and you have no idea what he's talking about or plain don't care, try and just sit through it. He listens to you talk about stuff he doesn't care about or doesn't understand all the time. Sometimes, if he's good, he'll try and adjust and learn about what you're interested in and contribute as much as possible. If he doesn't listen to you, then of course you have a serious problem.
Don't lie! I can't stress to this issue enough. If you want to have a healthy relationship, tell your man everything! If you keep something from him or lie, that will not remain as such for long; men are instinctively distrusting and cautious and WILL find out.
Don't be a slut. If you have a track record of having many relationships in a short amount of time, guys who are looking for a long term relationship will avoid you.
Mystery is always good. Don't be wearing clothes that are too revealing. No matter how much he likes your curves he hates it when you show them to others, guys tend to be possessive and they will feel uncomfortable and unhappy the whole time you two are out on the town because he is making sure nobody else is looking at his property! Stop dressing like you did in high school, you are now more mature and in a serious relationship and don't have to advertise yourself or compete with other girls anymore. The prettiest girl is one who dresses "cute" but then again doesn't hang it out like the junior high school slut. The way you dress tells a guy a lot of how seriously your relationship is to you. Don't take this the wrong way ladies still look cute for your guy and yourself, but just think twice before your put that same outfit on you wore before he came along.
Don't let the relationship become one-sided. Let him do most things for you and he'll like it. But you have to do a few things for him too. Give him a present sometime. Setup a date for him. Cook him a meal or some cookies and surprise him with it. Show him that you care about him more than anything frequently and you will be surprised of the outcome.
Some guys will come out and tell you yes and no to your questions. Others won't. If you want them to do something, they may say yes when they don't want to. If you were actually wanting to know what they want, you'll have to figure out what their answer really is. You should know him well enough to figure it out. He won't be mad if you don't figure it out (unlike girls) but he may feel controlled, which guys don't like.
Don't buy presents for guys that involve things YOU are interested in, unless the guy buys you stuff he's interested in.
If you go on a vacation or trip by yourself, and especially if you do it often, expect your guy to be very suspicious. We've seen to many damn movies where the girl meets someone new when shes away, and runs off with him. There is no amount of assurance you can give, as that's the way it goes in the movie. Even if it is just a movie, we are paranoid!
Don't throw away stuff he likes, because you don't like it. He won't do that to you. If he does, there's a problem.
Don't tell your friends (especially if he's there too) that you have him wrapped around your finger. Don't act like you can make him do anything, or can control him. It may be true, but he needs to know that he's "the man" and is in control. If he does everything you tell him to do, he's doing it because he loves you, not because you control him. If you think you control him, he won't be very happy.
Do nice things for him for no reason at all. Don't tell him you're going to do it - just surprise him. Cook him something and bring it to his apartment/house. Give him a little present. You'd like that wouldn't you? So will he.
For his birthday, cook him dinner for just you and him. And give him a present that can remind him of you, that he can carry with him everywhere (spray it with some of your perfume. Although he may never admit it, he'll smell it and guys are turned on by smell).

Warnings

Do not talk a lot about your ex-boyfriends. Avoid talking about how sad you were unless he wants you to share the secret. But really, this applies to almost all other guys. Don't talk about how funny someone else is. Don't let other guys be touching you. If you smoke - unless your guy is also a smoker - stop. Non-smokers do not like to kiss smokers. It's not a nice smell or taste, and will not only detract from any kissing in your future.
Most women plan to have children. If you have no intentions of having kids, let him know now. If you don't do so, it can be a very bad conversation when he finds out later on in the relationship.
Women like feeling needed. So do guys. If he feels unneeded and taken for granted, chances are he'll leave for someone who does need him.

Why 4 in 1?

Well, because of my absence here for a month all the movies we've watched within the time I'm not here will be in this entry. I must say week after week, very good movies came out so imagine us being at the cinemas every week! :) But I don't think I can make this entry long enough to get into details but I'll try to give in as much as I can.

First - Iron Man 2

Robert Downey Jr. once again came back for the sequel of Iron Man and still he looks amazing for his age. Iron Man was really becoming famous then after Tony Stark admitted publicly that he is Iron Man. At the start, there are several negative impacts that came about, his issues with the government who wanted him to hand in his Iron Man armour, he also discovered that the palladium in the arc reactor keeping his heart beating has begun to poison his body - which led him to appoint Pepper to become the new CEO of Stark Industries. With all the arrangements done, the character of Natalie played by Scarlett Johansson came in. Then while he is Monaco, he faced Ivan Vanko played by Mickey Rourke - who was able to make an arc reactor of his own with the help of the blueprints from his physicist father Anton Vanko.

With those happening, Justin Hammer played by Sam Rockwell took the advantage after he saw Ivan at the racetrack trying to defeat Iron Man. He got Ivan out of the prison and hired him to make Iron Man suits so they will be able to overpower Tony Stark at his own expo. Tony got all drunk on his birthday party and had given Lt. Colonel James Rhodes played by Don Cheadle no other way but to use the other suit Tony made to make him stop. So after all the bad happening he was approached by Nick Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D played by Samuel L. Jackson, then he found out that Natalie is also a part of that group. They gave Tony his father's chest full of old belonging hoping to help him out with the palladium problem. So during the expo everything happened there - all the fight scenes with Tony and James who worked together to bring down Ivan. Then the rooftop kiss with tony and Pepper. XD how sweet can it be? So Iron Man became the consultant for S.H.I.E.L.D and Tony and JAmes has been awarded with Medal of Honors by the government.

Second - Robin Hood

This is a bit short. Robin Longstride as we all know played by Russell Crowe, has been with King Richard while he was out conquering other places. Not until the king's death he was able to return to England thru the king's crown together with his friends Will Scarlett, Alan-a-Dale and Little John. He promised to a knight that he will return his sword to the knight's father in Nottingham right before the knight died in front of him. while in Nottingham he was able to meet the wife, Marian and the father of the knight, Walter.

Little do King John know, Godfrey betrayed his own country and has let the enemies into their grounds. But eventually he found out before it's too late and since King John is weak and has no idea on fighting, so in order to have the people unite and fight with him, Robin kinda helped him out and they came to an agreement which in the end King John didn't approved of which ticks a lot of people off. England won because their enemies backed off but without the unity of all the people including Lady Marian and the kids who fought he wouldn't have gathered that much people to battle. After the agreement has been disapproved, Robin from the Hood has been declared an outlaw - which the story showed the history why he became an outlaw.

Third - Prince of Persia (The Sands of Time)

okay, I have to admit that I'm a fan of this since I was a little kid! I've been playing Prince of Persia I think when I was still in grade 4 with the old pc system. Dastan played by Jake Gyllenhaal is a street kid and later on the king saw him and adopted him into his family. The story depicts interesting events but it all leads down to one purpose of his uncle which was to get hold of the dagger and the sand that could bring back time which he shouldn't have saved his brother - the king. All the kings that happened in the story returns back to the time they conquered the city of Alamut with Princess Tamina at the sacred room praying and Dastan telling his brothers Garsiv and Tus everything he found out while they got inside the city. The dagger was given back to the princess for safekeeping and they eventually learned things about each other after his brother announced that Dastan and Tamina should get married.

It's actually better if you could watch the movie, it's really good! All the scenes and effects are great!

Fourth - Sex and the City 2

So this is the movie I watched last night, amazing! Triple F!! Fun, Friendship and Fabulous!

I love the movie very much, at first I thought it was a prequel to the movie but actually it's a sequel. At first it just showed how they met and who they were before but after that the storyline is already focusing on the present. Imagine the movie with a very nice gay wedding, yes! there is and you just have to watch to find out who got married. Smith also was in the movie which is the reason how they got to travel to Abu Dhabi, all the adventures that happened while they were there taught them a lot too when they got home especially for Carrie. One of the ex also guest in the film and had made an impact to a relationship, positive or negative? It's for you to find out, it's just the first week. And you can really see that even if the going gets tough but as long as they're together they can surpass it all. That's how true girlfriends are! :)

Not to forget, I love the clothes and the heels. The sense of style in fashion is still there even if they fly to another country with strict traditions, just take a look at them wearing heels while in the desert. From the start til the end, there's no boring part in the movie. I'm loving this from the series up to the movies.

Now, I'm reaching this part to end this long overdue entry again. I wasn't able to blog last May since we're really busy with work, everyday at least we'd get to work overtime just to finish everything in time for the deadline. Right now, I'm trying to make a logo for my new online shop. I will be opening it on facebook and linking it to my multiply and ebay account for feedbacks and references of new future buyers. I do hope that it will do good! :)

What an Experience - Super Junior Super Show 2 live in Manila

I have been really busy with work this week, has to resolve some mid-range issues, business meeting with clients, and trying everything I can to finish up all my pending works. Unfortunately, I wasn't able today so I'll be working overtime tomorrow at the office.

Okay so last Saturday night was awesome! great! one heck of a memorable night for me and the rest of the Elfs. I still couldn't believe that it will be a week tomorrow since I've last seen Super Junior.. At first I though it was only me but while tuning in to twitter, almost everybody misses them and would want them back ASAP! ^^ I'm still getting goosebumps while watching their pics and vids thinking I was really there and it's overwhelming to be a part of a very great production especially super Junior is my fave kpop group. :)

April 9, I had to prepare everything I need to bring to Manila. While I was home at lunch, I was browsing thru some posts and spotted their pics while arriving at NAIA 1. That's the start of my heart thumping faster and getting cold hands, I thought this is really it! Tomorrow they will be right in front of me!

April 10, check in to the hotel. When we got there, so many fans are in lobby since they will be having their press con at Edsa Shang. Had to take lunch and thanks to Caren's Dolfenal my headache was gone before I know it. Strolling at Megamall for awhile then head back to the hotel to freshen up and get ready to rock Araneta. We just ride the MRT and when we got there, the place is already jam packed with fans lining up. I was able to meet Leigh, Pia, Jowella to get some of the items I ordered and the chibis I sponsored. We had to separate with Nicky & Caren since we don't have the same section, bought a few water to relax the throat after shouting and singing out loud then headed to the door that will lead us to the section 205. It took time for people to settle down, I've read a post that only 8,000 tickets were sold so there's a remaining 2000 available seats that time. Seated front row, so when the clock strikes 8 the lights were turned off the one by one they appeared. I wasn't expecting it to be like that but guess who stand right in front of me? DONGHAE - the one I dream about a few days back (Heechul was also in that dream). Then everything came right after another, eyes can't dare to blink a second, lips was smiling all the time. I was kinda busy in texting Abby for updates as well as taking pics but still was able to concentrate with the show. I couldn't miss not taking a pic there (pics to follow since this entry is already long). I kept thinking I don't want it to end but after 3 hours after their encore, they said goodbye. :( I was sad and don't really want to go back to the hotel but we have to take dinner so we had to leave. Got my chibis, had dinner then went back to the hotel to rest. Took few shots at the lobby, pool area, tweeting and checking for updates then I hit the sack. I was really hoping to see them at the hotel but I guess it wasn't the right time.

April 11, had breakfast at HEAT. Went out to buy materials to pack the chibi and when we were about to go out, we saw Happee, Vernon and some Korean Staff preparing for check out so by that time I know we wouldn't be able to see them off. :( So after we checked out, we stayed at Shangrila Plaza for lunch in Tokyo Tokyo, few strolls and buy some things to bring back to Cebu then went straight ahead to NAIA 3. When we got there it was still early and were informed that our flight is delayed by an hour, in most cases we do experience this with Cebu Pacific. Well, it didn't matter to me much since they accepted the size of the chibi for check in, not until I found out there's no wifi! Boring wait at the airport is no good, we can't walk around coz we're already tired. On board the plane, I couldn't stop thinking about the concert and how I love "beautiful" Donghae's composed song which he performed with Eunhyuk. I got all teary-eyed so I decided to close my eyes and sleep instead of thinking and saddening myself. Landed at 8pm then headed straight home, I was so tired and sleepy so I wasn't able to go online that long.

A more detailed entry on the concert will be followed soon.. :)

Up until now I still can't get over the concert and I just keep on listening to their songs.

I guess this is the proof that I'm a true-blue Suju fan, even at the office I just can't stop spazzing about it and had to encourage my officemates to listen to their songs. Even posted up pictures right inf ront of my monitor. lol :)

Btw, I wasn't able to fully read my book on happiness and I guess I couldn't join the havaianas contest. April will soon end and I have not had an entry, will see if I can make it. Keeping my fingers crossed XD

Countdown to Super Show 2 in Manila

This post is way too delayed already, I just find the time now to blog it all up since tomorrow will be a holiday.. XD

Super Junior Super Show 2 - the much anticipated concert for us Elfs or should I say Kpop fans. ^^ It will be held on April 10, 2010 at Araneta Coliseum, this will be the last stop for their Super Show 2 Concert. They have done it in Korea, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and now here in our very own country. 9 more days to go and it’s getting the fans or should I say “us” more and more excited to watch them perform live.

*pauses*

I learned about this last January, when I’m doing my usual check on Facebook then I saw Happee’s post. It took me an hour to decide since the concert will be held in Manila, but I was thinking *WTH! I must watch them; it’s their first concert here!! Without even knowing who I’ll be watching it with and if I’m allowed to go, I just pm’ed Happee to reserve me 2 tickets. It took two weeks I think before I got confirmed for SVIP Seated – Lower Box for Araneta’s seating arrangement, which is the nearest seat to the boys. I would have gone for SVIP Standing or Upper Box A if I wasn’t confirmed, but I was already happy with that.

To make the story short, I was able to get good seats for me and Jufang and that was already enough. :) Done my part with that and thanks to all those who helped me too. And the good news is they made the stage bigger and closer to svip seated on the sides, more closer glimpse of the boys.. hihi

By the way, I posted a picture of our tickets on my previous blog but I need to update it with the exchanged tickets. :) I’m already happy and excited for the day to come and while waiting I also help with Suju Mad’s projects, I think that’s the least that I can do since I’m here in Cebu. Also, last Sunday, March 28 – there was a Merchandise Sale Event in Alphaland Southgate Mall in Makati City. There were plenty of VERY NICE Kpop items that were sold that day, I feel envious seeing pictures posted by some attendees. SVIP ticket holders would get a chance to exchanged their tickets for better seats and some tickets for that area that weren't claimed was also sold that time.

While Smart Bro gave out FREE Gen Ad tickets for those who plan to file for retention of their Smart Bro’s Postpaid Account. See the benefits of being there, lucky to them.. :) Thanks to Jufang's Postpaid subscription, Nicky was able to get 2 free tickets! Nic, you should definitely treat us to dinner after the concert.. hehe

Lastly, we are inviting those who haven’t bought tickets to buy already. There are still tickets available for the show, you may reserve online or go to the nearest tickenet outlet. Let us all give them a full house so that they would want to come back and perform again; I know you would want to have Super Show 3 here right? :p So don’t let this chance passes you by, remember it’s their first concert in the Philippines. For those who have tickets, please invite more friends to watch XD or help spread the word around. I’ve seen how us fans are united because of this concert and let’s all continue to do that so that they will enjoy their stay here..

Happiness Pt. 1

Happiness..

I’ve been hearing a lot about it here and there for quite some time now; I’ve even felt it at times when something good happens. Well now, I need to organize my thoughts about what it really is and how it is felt by others. Feel free to share your experiences here also that way I could slowly analyze its impact on us.

For me, even the smallest thing or effort will already make me happy, especially when something good comes unexpectedly whether you’re the one doing the deed or the other way around. It’s not just a good feeling, but the level achieved when we felt it is really wonderful. I know there are a lot of factors that would let us cross path with the feeling of being happy, yes! More than what you think there is. If I have to enumerate all of it then it will took me a day to finish this entry, but you already know what I mean. I believe that everybody feels it, even the tiniest bit of happiness unless you’re a born KJ.. lol no seriously, I think even recluse people (no offense to them) will be able to experience that feeling at some point in their lives. I couldn’t imagine someone being able to live life without feeling it. Could you? Even mean people get to be happy when they make other people feel terrible.

Happy > Good Mood, while Good Mood > Happy. Puzzling? I don’t think so, it’s really simple just don’t read it mathematically, ayt? Whichever way it may be, they will always be linked to one another. Lately, I have been contemplating on myself about this but still couldn’t get the words out, is it that hard? Or am I just too drained and exhausted to think? I’ve been doing quite a number of things both at home and at the office so when I have my free time; it usually goes down to the internet or tv. And without me focusing on this matter, not much will be shared.

Anyway, I know I still have time but I must make a move as early as now. Time has already been wasted and I know I will be busier this coming summer. So to be able to conclude my analysis, I should read my book first. I bought it a few years way back; the title is “The Discovery of Happiness”. It’s around ¾ inch thick so it may take some time but I promise to finish it before I fly to Manila for the concert. That way I may be able to evaluate and understand my feelings when I see Super Junior.. hehe XD

Expect a part two of this entry, that’s where I will be sharing my findings, and conclusion on this matter. But don’t expect too much, as I’m not a remarkable writer or what. I will just be sharing my thoughts still..

Today we watched - Alice in Wonderland

Started the day early when boss texted me I need to send the plans for a meeting. At least that text message woke me up so I have to get my body up early to do everything since we need to be at Ayala before 1:55pm or else our reservation from sureseats will be cancelled. Gone to the office to get the files then bought lunch for me and Josefi (Joei's screen name) hehe Then came home and washed my clothes, gave Joei his lunch and had mine too. While getting ready waiting for Jufang, had to change clothes and check updates on facebook.

We didn't stay long there, 45 minutes of waiting before the show then few rounds at the mall to look for a gift. We bought dinner and then came home, so many things to do actually. I'm beginning to think that I must not waste every minute and now I must be off working on the details for the CRITH project. But before doing that, I would love to share my thoughts on the movie "Alice in Wonderland".

It's actually a very nice movie but it isn't that long to watch. Alice is played by Mia Wasikowska, when she turned 19 years old she returns to Wonderland after following the white rabbit into the woods and she fell into a hole on the trunk of a tree. She then met Tweedledee and Tweedledum (the twins), Dormouse, Blue Caterpillar, where all of them take a look at the scroll that tells about their future. They were searching for the right Alice that was sketched on the scroll, because that Alice would be the one to save all of them. Then she met the Mad Hatter played by the very great Johnny Depp, he's really good with this kind of roles. :D Right after that she also met Stayne, Red Queen with Big Head (a cutie!) and the White Queen. The sketch on the scroll came true so you can already imagine what happened. By the way before she went to follow white rabbit, the son of the lord proposed to her in front of many people but when she got back after fighting with Jabberwocky she declined the proposal but instead of becoming the daughter-in-law of the lord, she became an apprentice to his business.

We didn't watch the 3D version so I really don't know the difference.. Also I so love the Red Queen's attitude! hehe I'm not mean, but I really love the character compared to the White Queen - she's just plain nice.. The other one is also the cat! Color combination looks good compared to the cartoon version..

Super Junior M – Super Girl

Since Super Junior will be coming to town, the Super Junior Fever is HUGE! I do mean it, you can see people talking about it on facebook and some are busy preparing for the concert. There are also several events that will be held prior to the concert while there are some fans who are living in Manila that would really take the risk and expense to stay at Edsa Shang hoping to be close to the boys.. ^^ Imagine spending 8,000++ a night, well.. we have our excuse since we will be flying from Cebu so we really need a place to stay in for the night after the concert. :P Plus, Pulp Productions partnered with Edsa Shang to give a group discount for those who will be staying at the hotel just for the concert (good news for us!).

Okay, now I’m sharing the only CD I got *for now! :P It’s Super Junior M’s Super Girl Album. Super Junior M (Mandarin) is one of the sub-groups of Super Junior. Consist of Hangeng (leader), Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, and additional 2 members Henry and Zhou Mi. They are more gear towards the Chinese fans especially in China since they do produce songs in Chinese lyrics. They also do commercial ads for Pepsi. This is their 2nd album and it became number one here in the Philippines. ^^, Major fan support! Hehe

I got this online, I was thinking that if I’m gonna get their album might as well look for the one with their autographs so that it will really be something rare.  Luckily I found one online and the seller is super nice to me, I was able to get it thru layaway since it cost much more than the usual album. HAPPY HAPPY MAU MAU when I claimed it at the post office. By the way, I bought the CD together with an autographed poster. It’s gonna make my collection fabulous! XD I'm just starting though.. hihi

Shopping Time! - ...because of Super Junior, I got these...

Last February 20 was supposed to be the claiming date of our Super Junior Super Show tickets in SM ticketnet but because of the event in Manila it was moved to the 22nd. We only knew about that early morning on the 22nd so since Saturday until Monday I have been to SM with Caren & Jufang to constantly check if we could already claim our tickets.

The time and effort for us to be there already cost us, but for the sake of super junior what the heck! Hehe At least we will be securing it first so that when it’s confirmed we will be able to book our flights and reserve a room for out hotel. By the way, Caren just reserved our room in Edsa Shang this morning! Yey! Same hotel as them, hopefully our rooms are close to their rooms. There will be lots and lots of picture taking by then.. hehe

Okay, on-topic now.. While waiting and waiting, I grew tired. So to dissipate my boredom, I shopped! I once told myself last January not to spend off my money so that I could spend it for the event but that time I just feel I need to. I’ve been disappointed a few times on this matter and I believe that splurging a bit will not hurt my wallet much.

So while I was with Caren, we went to Book Sale. It’s located at the Lower Ground Floor of SM, you can actually find good books and magazines at a low price. I was trying to look for good titles but what caught my eye isn’t related to Architecture, but a “manga”. I was surprise to see it there, but I’m happy to have found it because it’s almost 70% off the selling price. It’s the 2^nd book of Pita Ten, and I’m hoping to look for more. Maybe in my upcoming blogs I will be sharing some points about this manga, it just involves an angel, a devil, and little boy.

Then I head off to the department store to wait for Jufang to arrive. Looking here and there on their display of flip flops, sandals, accessories and clothes, actually there are many nice items. I just couldn’t afford myself to buy it all; I need to be rich first! Lol Boots and sandals lined up by the display but my attention got hooked to this cute wedge type platform sandals. Should see pic to appreciate.. hehe I took it for a fit first but then put it back because I was thinking of waiting for Jufang before I start spending and then regret it later. So off to accessories shelves, I found a nice simple silver bracelet with one heart charm. It’s similar to the bracelet that I lost back when I was heartbroken.. XD But this one is more “ME”, only one silver apart from all gold ones that were displayed so without a doubt I took it off the rack.

Finally, Jufang came and I showed him the sandals. When he said it looks good, then I decided that it should go home with me! Hehe Being a Shopaholic is in my blood, I don’t have to deny it since there’s nothing wrong with that as long as I don’t go overboard. So that’s how Super Junior has helped me obtain those two things below.

Lastly I was able to buy some cloths and pillows for Joei and made him a new bed. It's just an unused Styrofoam where apples are placed then I put the cloth on it together with the pillows on the side. Covered the entire thing with a huge plastic so that it will not be damaged when it gets wet, take a look at Joei loving his new bed and his looney tunes blanket.

Before I end this long entry, I would like to greet Jufang, a Happy Happy Birthday!!

Turned 26 today and I surprise him with a Super Junior inspired card and cupcake.

Always live your life to the fullest so that in the end you won’t have to regret anything!

We live once so we must enjoy every minute of it..

A Valentine Letter to share..

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner or should I say 4 days from now.. I’m sure there are a lot of couples looking forward to this day, *ahem! That would include us! XD This once a year event started way back centuries ago and though it may not be considered as a holiday with no work, people still go on dates to celebrate whatever the case may be.

But this year, consider it different as it comes with a partner. We’re celebrating February 14 as Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year. I’m not sure how rare it would be in this case (need to google that one up!) but it just shows that there’s more reason to celebrate on this day. For those in love, it may consider to be the sweetest day especially when the one planning the day would be the guys – making reservations, setting a nice get-up, and buying roses and chocolates. Likewise, the ladies will be busy choosing what to wear to look gorgeous for the date and looking forward to what they will be receiving and spending that day with her man.

But remember that even single people do celebrate this day; they usually do it in groups. The more the merrier, right? :) I know we all have our loved ones whether it be our parents, siblings, cousins, boyfriends, girlfriends, friends, pets, crushes, and the list just goes on; but at least we have them even if we still haven’t found the right one. To make it short, whether we love and we feel loved or not, we still have a reason to celebrate. In our modern time, there are so many different ideas that we can think of, we just have to be strong-willed, creative and dedicated for it to happen. I’m wondering how that day will turn out for me ^_^ feels excited because I know I have a gift.. hihi

Okay so enough about that, here’s something I found lurking somewhere out there.. It’s a Valentine letter but I wonder if the recipient will be able to read it, what do you think?

After reaching this point, I felt kinda gushy while listening to Secret‘s I Want You Back and finishing my entry here. *teary-eyed mode* I do hope that those two will be able to settle things this time whether the outcome may be positive or not, at least the sender will be able to move on after a very long time of waiting. Eight years is no joke especially if it involves feelings, I couldn’t even imagine myself in that position. It’s way too long and suffering that much for someone who doesn’t even show a sign of love and care is definitely something one should think twice but if it’s worth the wait then why not.

Anyhow, time for me to stop so that I can already publish this.. I'm 2 days due since I was supposed to finish this Monday but because of unforeseen circumstances this entry has been delayed. I'm hoping I can post something here on Vday but it would now depends on my schedule since I will be out the whole day; as in right when I'm ready early in the morning! :)

“Sapphire Blue” fans, rejoice: Super Junior is coming to Manila.

This was confirmed by Manila Bulletin Entertainment Online with Happee Sy of PULP Live Productions, the concert organizer that will bring in the popular Korean boy band.

Sy said the Philippines will be part of the itinerary of Super Junior’s “Super Show 2: Asia Concert Tour Live,” to be held April 10 at the Araneta Coliseum.

“Super Show 2” is the Asia-wide concert tour of the 13-member boy band which kicked off in July 2009 in Seoul, South Korea. Before coming to Manila, Super Junior will hold concerts in China, Taiwan, and Malaysia.

Fans have been reserving tickets on social networking site Facebook where PULP Live Productions has made an event page for the concert. Sy said payment for the reserved tickets will be announced soon.

The highest ticket price is P8,000 for the Super VIP area where fans can get extra privileges and freebies.

Fans are very excited over Super Junior’s Manila visit.

“I can't wait. I'm so excited,” one fan wrote on Facebook.

Super Junior is very popular in the Philippines. Their third album, “Sorry, Sorry,” was the top selling K-pop album in 2009 in the Philippines, according to Universal Records.

The album was No. 10 in the Top 25 Bestselling Albums list for 2009 based on album sales in Music One stores from January to December 2009.

“Sorry, Sorry” debuted at No. 1 in Music One Album Chart just three days after its release in September last year and also became No. 1 in Odyssey Records stores.

The “Sorry, Sorry” album reached gold status three months after its release in the Philippines.

Really omg!! I still can't believe it but I'm really happy and was already looking for a way how I can get to buy the tickets.. Now I can't wait for April to come, I really need to see them even just once. Too bad cameras are not allowed inside the venue, but I'm hoping SME would still change their minds on this. I'm not sure yet what and who to expect but what the heck, SUPER JUNIOR is really coming to town!! hehe XD Hopefully by next week the organizers can finalized the ticket design as well as the list so that I can already confirm my ticket, I must be on the SVIP area but I'm still thinking whether on the standing or seated area. Need to weigh in pros and cons asap also so that I can have my final decision, P8,500 is already a great amount so I have to think really wisely. Hay, still keeps on daydreaming.. lol Thank you Lord for this event, also to Pulp Live Productions, and SM Entertainment. Okay so now I have to search online on what to bring to the concert, glowsticks? sapphire blue balloons? whatever I can find I guess!

Today we watched - Sherlock Holmes Movie

I wasn't expecting to watch a movie today, but then decided to since it was still early.. :) Last night, my brother was already talking to me about this movie and since I find Sherlock Holmes interesting, I chose to watch this with Jufang. We have to wait 30 minutes in line to buy our tickets, imagine that, I should already fix my sureseats account to avoid such. To top it off, when we bought our tickets all premier seats were already full. Hmm, the movie industry still is going strong. thumbs up to that! :) Plus with the trailers of the upcoming movies, it made me wanted to watch movies in the cinema every week.. hehe

Okay, now to the movie.. I love the story and the cast, Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law made a great team in the movie. The story rotates around science and magic, since Lord Blackwood played by Mark Strong make some believed that he has magic but turned out he uses science to trick them. Rachel Adams played the love interest of Sherlock Holmes, Irene Adler, came to him to ask for help on a case but without Holmes' knowledge (found out at the ending) she was hired to play on Holmes' emotions and then possibly to get hold on to Lord Blackwood's item on the machine he invented. It was Professor Moriarty who made a deal with Irene Adler and with him shown anonymously I bet there will be a sequel to this movie. As you can imagine like in the novels, the setting is in London maybe early 17th century since they have just constructed the London Bridge. It's also a good watch for Downey's fans, he showed his abs during a fight scene.. ^^ I'm sure the rating for this movie will go up high, kudos to the production team because the movie is really great and I love the editing! :)

New Year, New Changes..

New year for me is another fresh start of the year, so I adopted some minor changes for myself. More like an impromptu resolution since I haven't pen down my 2010 resolutions yet. I'm sure work will tie me up with many things to do, but I will always try to find a time to blog.

First off, New Mau2x - physically!

New Hair - still long but layered more; New Weight - I'm happy that I did lose weight this holiday season and still planning to lose more maybe around 20 lbs.; New Body figure - eat less fats and exercise more to have my slimmer body back! That includes slimming down my stomach, legs, arms and hopefully hips..

New Mau2x - mentally & spiritually!

Should read books and articles more so that I will have a good wisdom. With good wisdom I will be a lot wiser and less people will took advantage of me! :p I should be going to church a lot more and continue to pray every night, it's a fulfilling thing to do before going to sleep. Helps ease the stressful day, great faith and hard work = successful!

Recently I just found myself fitting a black skinny jean inside a dressing room.. The last I remembered I was running away from it since it would emphasize my legs and butt more :( but I think this one is different, it's comfy and has a nice fitting. thanks to Penshoppe!

New Planner!

That's one way to jot down all those important to dos, dates & meetings. What more to use than the Starbucks 2010 Planner, I just got mine this morning. I stopped by Starbucks Crown Regency before heading to the office, maybe I was a bit excited that I got up early and didn't arrive late at the office. It only took me a month and a half to fill in the card with the stickers, but lose me some cash to treat family and friends also.. hehe It was worth it, the planner is really nice and I picked the "roast" design. Thanks Starbucks!

By the way, Thanks to Bench Fix especially to Joel and his assistant for my new hair.. :) I really love their service, you should try having your hair done there too! Bench Fix is located at SM Northwing & Ayala Center Cebu but Joel is currently assigned in SM.

Now, I must be off to bed. 2nd day of work tomorrow, must have more energy to work hard!

Happy New Year to all!!

In less than an hour, we will be heading towards another new year, 2010. For most people they usually celebrated it with a big bang, but for some a simple get together would be enough. Obviously right now, I'm home since I was able to blog but I'm looking forward to taking shots of the fireworks & Blue Moon later (if they can be seen from here). Time is running fast and I should keep my courage up in facing another year like the way I did this year. Life may have its own ups and downs and every now and then we encountered some bumps in life but what's there to worry about if God has always given us challenges we can handle, right? So whatever hurdles they may be, face it with your head up high.

Enough said, looking back to the things that happened this year 2009. For the first half of the year, I together with some of my friends have been busy preparing for our board exam. Work + Review Classes definitely is not easy! We have to budget time and money for it, I have go on leave for 2 months to stay in Manila for the drafting class and the exam itself. It's a good thing that I have Jufang and some friends (who's taking the exam), laptop & internet connection plus the malls & churches, 2 months wasn't that long. :) Well the sad part is that when I got home, my account is zero balance. Another hard part was the one month long wait for the result, trust me, as the days goes by you'll think of anything negative about it and blame yourself and so on. But friends always reminded me to think positive and that they're sure I did good, lucky for me they were right! I did it! I'm now a Registered and Licensed Architect, not only me but also Jufang and our friends who took it. Some were uncertain when hearing that the two of us (couple) took it at the same time because according to them when a couple take the board exam together, the other one will always fail. Consider the curse broken since it didn't happen to us on our first take.

Positive things have been out for me, after the result we got our evaluation in the office. Mine wasn't very high but it's good enough to bring me to my position, I was promoted to Office Manager & Team Leader in our office. Feels great because I know my salary will be adjusted but it comes with a really BIG responsibility, though I love working under pressure I'm not always conditioned to do that since I have some health issues. So for next year, I really need to work better and let them see that they didn't make the wrong choice. ^^, By the way, because of my work I'd get to travel also this year.

As I'm keeping my faith in God strong, I'm keeping my ties strong with my family and friends. Due to board exam, work, financial matters and conflict in schedule, I wasn't able to have time for it that much but at least I tried to make the most of what I got this year. And I'm happy about it, that way I won't have to think and regret the time lost. I also had the courage to buy myself my dream camera (another swipe of the card!), Canon Powershot SX10 IS, call it a gift to myself after passing the board exam. :) Photography will be one thing I will be focusing on next year, I wanted it to be more than a hobby to me.

Health Conscious? not much for the first half but when we went to Manila we started with the gym & swimming, had oatmeal and cereal too. Then it stopped when we got back around July, luckily with some encouragement by friends & Jufang, this last 2 months of the year we started jogging, back to cereal & oatmeal and I started with the half rice lunch & only fruits for dinner. I need to check my weight later if everything was according to plan.. hehe excuses because it's the holidays will not be entertained! It's a good start and I should continue it next year so I could trim down my weight and slim down.

Another hobby is my Havaianas Collection, this year I got 42 pairs which is lesser compared to the 60 pairs I got last year. yipee!! But even if I add some pairs that haven't arrived, last year was still way more, I couldn't imagine that's how much I have bought. Anyway, I'm happy with it and hopefully next year there will be more limited edition pairs especially the new world cup series and I plan to buy some more of the bag collection they launched late this year. Shopping has always been a part of me so people should get used to it.. lol

To sum it all up, I have really been blessed this year. :) I pray we will still have more blessings next year because my life has been good, oh not just good but my life has really been great this year! My relationships with the people, career, health, love, some of my questions have been answered this year also. I'm really thankful for everything that happened this year, whether positive or negative it will surely mold me into a better person. Next year I should be listing down things that happened to me every month to make it sound more interesting and detailed. By the way it's still raining here as my entry will come to an end (It has been raining for hours even before I started blogging), I think that this is one of the first blessing from above to welcome the new year.

For those who thought things didn't go there way this year, always keep in mind that

there will always be a brighter tomorrow!

Tis the Season to be Jolly!! - gifts, gifts, and more gifts.

Well, the title says it all. Tis the season to be merry and generous because this is the time when we all gather to celebrate Christmas and New Year, and aside from that gift giving is one thing that we always look forward to. I may call myself a hypocrite if I would say that I love give but not receive, of course we love to receive gifts. I could imagine my eyes dazzle with excitement when I know I have a gift, it's true, it makes us happy especially when it comes as a surprise.

Since 2007, we have been celebrating our company's Christmas party in Manila. So for 3 consecutive years I have brought with me cash & cards (must have!), expectations, gifts, presentation preparation, have I mentioned cash?? oh yeah, stated first and I mean lots of it plus a huge bag cause you never know what you might spot going around town. I always go there with my bag half empty then come home with a filled bag and an excess of few hand carried items. Shopaholic - find me guilty! Shopping gives me the pleasure to enjoy every single thing that catches my sight because it would strengthen the way I contemplate on the things I wanted to buy, meaning after all those "more than a minute of staring and consulting if I'm gonna a buy or not" develops my sense of logical thinking - slowly it will mature more. :D

Okay, I'm almost getting off-topic now so back to what I'm trying to say.. Gift giving is really part of our culture despite the fact that we're still facing economic crisis, I really see a lot of people doing early and last minute Christmas shopping. (I also do last minute shopping! hehe) For my own reason, giving gifts makes me feel good because I know it will put a smile on a person's face and makes him/her happy. Not only that but that's one way for me to show them how I truly appreciate them and what they did for me. As much as I wanted to elaborate more, I think this entry is already getting lengthy so I need to stop now. Christmas Ham and Cheese Pasta Salad

Merry Christmas everyone!! :D

It's that time of the year when I'm excited to prepare a meal for my family. There are times when we dine out and there are times we spend the 25th of December at home, but this time we're celebrating it at home. So me and my mom decided to prepare a simple salad based on the recipe she got from Lady's Choice, we both decided but I do all the work :( but it's ok since it's the holidays. For those who wanted to try the recipe, I will be listing it below.

The recipe:

Ingredients:

700 mL Lady's Choice Mayonnaise

1-1/2 packs Knorr Royal Elbow Macaroni 200g

1-1/2 cups ham, sliced

1-1/2 cups cheese, cubed

3/4 cup tomato, sliced

1/3 cup spring onions, chopped

1-1/2 tbsp lemon or calamansi juice

1-1/2 tsp. sugar

My additional ingredient:

1 apple, sliced and diced

Procedure:

1. Cook pasta according to packaging directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with Lady's Choice Mayonnaise except pasta.

Sugar, Calamansi and Mayonnaise

All the other ingredients on top..

Mixing all of them together

Then add pasta and toss to coat. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.

To update pic of the salad being served, it's currently being chilled inside the ref. It took me around 2 hours and 30 minutes to prepare this, have to divide the macaroni into two to fit our cooking pot then have to do all the slicing of the other ingredients. It was another fun experience, try it and enjoy! :)

21 Days before X'mas! - Mau2x's Things to do

Due to being so focused at work, I totally lose track of the days remaining before xmas.. My mind and body both are not functioning too well this past few weeks; been tired lately that's why I need to give in more time to rest. But before that I need to make a list of things to do before and after xmas, probably also the time during the break.

Things to do:
1. ~~Attend the Mason Xmas Party on the 12th~~ - not done! attended a different party
2. ~~Attend Architecture Week Forum & UAP Xmas Party on the 12th~~ - done!
3. ~~Attend family's bdays on the 12th, 14th, 15th, 19th~~ - bdays celebrated on other days! done!
4. ~~Attend Tvap Xmas Party - to verify location and date~~ - done!

5. Must clean closet and other things not used - to give as gifts to others who need it - partly done!
6. Continue jogging and walking during break - 1 week more to go and haven't done this!
7. ~~At least make my entry for the streaming seoul contest~~ - deadline dec. 31, 2009 - don't feel like making.. :(
8. Take shots of all my havies for my album
9. Clear pending payments when all orders arrived
10. ~~Claim my package at the post office~~ - done!

Mau's Diet Plan - Fit & Healthy

It wasn't until recently that I noticed I was that thin BEFORE.. :(
Those pictures of us while still in college really get to me, so now that would be the one that should push me to really get my body worked out back to the way it was then. Actually a lot of people is noticing that, but I didn't mind them so that I won't feel bad about myself.. *in denial stage* lol

In order to overcome the fear of becoming outsize, I needed to do something to stop it. So just last 2 weeks ago, I started to do rounds at the oval of Abellana Sports Complex.Well at least for a start, little by little will improve a lot. I have to keep my hopes high on this so that I will be encouraged more. As they always say "think positive"; even if I have to go through a lot, in the end there will be a reward after all the hard work and I'm sure it will be something GREAT!! :D

I hope what I listed down tonight will be implemented bit by bit so that time will come I will get used to it. I was actually happy when I started walking around the oval because after that I don't feel like indulging myself with what to have for dinner, in short - I lose my appetite! :D I only take fruits then so that I won't feel hungry before the clock strikes 10 p.m.

Sony Ericsson Satio "IDOU" - My dream phone

Last few years, I have been only using Sony Ericsson mobile phones since they are the one that catches up my attention every time my mobile carrier permits me to have retention on my current plan. Just this year, I was able to get myself Sony K770i Cybershot. It may not be as high tech as the latest models but I can take nice shots with this phone, but of course it wouldn't be as nice as those taken with a digicam.

It only has a 3.2megapixel camera in it but because of the cybershot technology, it's much better compared to other phone with the same specifications for the camera. I'm not much of a cellphone addict since most of the time I only use it to contact my families, friends and work, not to mention I also used it to surf the net when I'm bored and sleepy.. :D

But recently, I found this new phone. A 12 megapixel camera phone from Sony Ericsson.. - SE Satio -

Imagine a time when I don't have to bring my canon powershot to be able to take shots in case I really needed to, this is the best that I've seen so far and the one that really makes me want to upgrade to sa new phone fast!!

It has almost all the specs I wanted with a new phone, cool camera, touchscreen lcd, wifi, GPS, plus a nice body design. I would choose this over iphone, it reflects my personality more than any other. hehe :p

You can google up reviews and videos about this phone. It's really nice and I'm looking forward to getting one anytime soon..

How I wish I will be blessed with something that will earn me money..
I'm dying to visit SG, of course for a week long vacation and to be away from all the worries I have here. Now here comes Cebu Pacific's Promo for the 2nd time, having its P1 fare on all domestic and international flights. It will be up til tomorrow only and it's really driving me crazy. I kept on searching for the dates having that price but it's really not that easy. :( I'm sure many people are barging into the site to avail tickets for themselves also.

The best part about this second promo is that the flying period will be on June to September next year, which means it will be in time for the Singapore Great Sale!! Guess I'll have to wait again, when time and budget permits me to go..

Twenty Five

Just 4 days ago, I turned 25..
Yay!! Belated Happy Birthday to me. :p

As the years go by, I couldn't experience that much excitement the way I felt before probably because I know I will not be getting any younger. Sometimes I get to think about the years have passed, how many more years I will be having. I know it worries me because my time is getting lesser and I have so many goals in life that I really need to achieve.

I have many things revolving around my mind like setting ways to achieve my goals, my responsibilities as I grew older, and most especially my top priorities. I once made a dream book during a seminar on what I want and plan to achieve and I believe each of them would link to one another, good thing one by one I can accomplish them but it's not as easy like the way I drew them out.

Oh well, life has always been this challenging.. So for now, I need to straightened things out so I will know what I need to do first..
